WhatsApp has launched a feature called Document Preview on its platform. WhatsApp keeps on bringing new updates and features to its users so that WhatsApp users can get a better experience. This feature has been announced by WhatsApp on its Twitter handle WABetaInfo.
WABetaInfo has mentioned in its tweet that this feature is only for document images and document videos. The document preview feature is currently available for WhatsApp Beta users. This feature will be available after updating to WhatsApp Beta Android 2.22.5.11.
What is the Document preview feature of WhatsApp?
Using the document preview feature, A preview of the image or video you send to the document will appear. And if someone sends you a document image or video, you will see a preview of the document.
Before this feature, a preview of document images or videos was not visible.
The document preview feature also works on desktop WhatsApp if you log in from the WhatsApp Beta version.
